HUB24 Limited (ASX: HUB) has reported a strong FY26 performance across its platform business. Group Underlying EBITDA reached $211.4 million, rising 30% on FY25. Platform UEBITDA increased 31% to $186.7 million.
Tech Solutions UEBITDA also rose 8% to $29.3 million. Statutory NPAT climbed 51% to $120.2 million. Underlying NPAT increased 40% to $137.3 million. The results highlight stronger earnings growth and operating leverage.
Total revenue reached $501.1 million, up 23% on FY25. The UEBITDA margin expanded to 42.2%. This performance supports the broader HUB24 platform wealth dominance story.

Record Inflows Strengthen HUB24 Wealth Platform Australia Position
The HUB24 Platform recorded record net inflows of $18.9 billion during FY26. This represented 20% growth when excluding large migrations of $4.0 billion in FY25.
HUB24 ranked first for quarterly and annual platform net inflows for ten consecutive quarters. Platform FUA increased 24% to $139.5 billion. It reached $144.1 billion as at 13 August 2026. Total FUA increased 20% to $164.3 billion.
PARS FUA also rose 5% to $24.8 billion. Market share increased to 9.9% as at 31 March 2026. This compared with 8.6% as at 31 March 2025. HUB24 also became Australia’s sixth-largest platform by FUA.
Key operating indicators show how the platform is scaling across Australia:
- Active advisers increased 11% to 5,649 during FY26.
- HUB24 signed 148 new licensee agreements during the year.
- Advisers using the platform represented 37% of advisers across the industry.

HUB24 Platform Wealth Dominance Supported By Innovation
Product innovation remains central to HUB24’s platform strategy. During FY26, the company introduced several capabilities for advisers and clients. Lifetime super expanded retirement income options across the platform.
The solution supports income for life and concessional Centrelink asset treatment. HUB24 also expanded Engage reporting to all platform advisers.
Around 7,200 users were using Engage by FY26’s end. The feature received recognition for client outcomes. HUB24 also introduced multi-step transitions for complex advice strategies.
Digitised in-specie transfers further streamlined asset movements. These developments support adviser productivity while improving client flexibility. They also strengthen the company’s competitive position across Australia’s evolving wealth landscape.

Class And NowInfinity Expand Technology Capabilities
HUB24’s Tech Solutions division continued supporting financial professionals through Class and NowInfinity. Class reported its largest annual increase in accounts since FY18. NowInfinity grew at more than twice system growth. The businesses also introduced new technology capabilities during FY26. Their priorities focused on efficiency, compliance and client engagement.

- Enhanced share registry connectivity supports audit and document requirements.
- Commercial property valuations provide integrated market valuation reports.
- NowInfinity began a multi-year enhancement programme for regulatory support.

Myhub And Super Expansion Open New Growth Channels
HUB24 continued developing the myhub ecosystem throughout FY26. The open architecture model connects advice technology with third-party services. It also uses AI-powered natural language prompting to address productivity challenges.
HUB24 expects to launch a myhub pilot with selected clients in 1HFY27. The company also exercised its option to acquire HTFS Nominees Pty Limited.
HTFS serves as trustee of the HUB24 Super Fund. The transaction remains subject to APRA and other regulatory approvals. Completion is expected in 1HFY27.
Meanwhile, HUB24 strengthened its leadership team during August 2026. Jason Hair became Chief Operating & Innovation Officer. His role focuses on technology, innovation and artificial intelligence.

HUB24’s financial performance also supported shareholder returns. Directors declared a fully franked final dividend of 42.0 cps. Total FY26 dividends reached 78.0 cps, up 39% on FY25. The final dividend is payable on 13 October 2026.
