Infill Drilling Delivers the Upgrade
The infill program converted large volumes of Indicated Resources into the higher confidence Measured category. This shift covered three deposits at Capão do Mel, Figueira, and Soberbo.
- 256 Aircore drill holes completed for 8,376 metres
- 4,223 samples generated from Aircore drilling
- 48 Hollow Stem Auger holes completed for 889 metres
- 887 samples generated from Auger drilling
- Measured Resources rose from 11Mt to 102Mt across three deposits
Ore Reserve Growth Strengthens Caldeira Rare Earth Project
Meteoric declared an updated Ore Reserve for its Caldeira Rare Earth Project on 16 Jul 2026. The upgrade reflects the stronger resource base feeding into the Definitive Feasibility Study.

Table 2: Caldeira Ore Reserve Estimate
This Ore Reserve represents a 42 per cent tonnage increase against the Maiden Ore Reserve from Jul 2025. All reserves sit in the probable category, supporting more than 20 years of mine life at a 6Mtpa production rate.

More than 200 kilograms of MREC have now been produced. Samples were shared with offtake partners for product qualification and downstream testwork.
Corporate and Funding Update
Meteoric Resources strengthened its balance sheet through a $40 million Placement completed in Apr 2026. The raise attracted strong institutional and high net worth investor demand.
The Company closed the quarter with a cash balance of $37.8 million. This position keeps the Meteoric Resources Caldeira project Brazil fully funded through its remaining feasibility milestones.
Tenement Consolidation and Offtake Deal
Meteoric executed an Amendment Agreement consolidating ownership of the primary mining tenements needed for first production. The deal covers Capão do Mel, Soberbo, and Figueira.
As part of the arrangement, Togni received the right to nominate a Director. Togni also holds a conditional Offtake Option for up to 30 per cent of future MREC output.
Environmental Licensing Progresses on Schedule
Meteoric continues advancing its licensing application through Brazil’s State Environmental Foundation. Federal agencies including ANSN, IBAMA, and INB have formally confirmed no radiological or operational conflicts.
The licence remains on track for consideration early in the Dec 2026 quarter. This timeline positions Meteoric to reach a Final Investment Decision shortly afterwards.

Demand is propelled by electric vehicles, wind energy, defence applications and high-performance permanent magnets.
Meteoric stands out among ASX mining sector stocks as clay-hosted, high-grade projects gain strategic relevance outside China-dominated supply chains.
Future Direction and Impact on Project Development
Meteoric Resources is entering a decisive phase for its Caldeira Rare Earth Project. Impact on project development centres on the delivery of the Definitive Feasibility Study.
Impact on approvals timing depends on the environmental licence outcome. SEMAD is due to consider this early in the Dec 2026 quarter, paving the way toward a Final Investment Decision.
Impact on funding strategy includes ongoing talks around non-dilutive options. Meteoric is exploring US Government grants, strategic partnerships, and offtake-linked financing to reduce reliance on future equity raises.
Impact on market positioning is reinforced by strong sector tailwinds. The worldwide rare earth components market is anticipated to develop at an annual pace of 11.1 per cent until 2030, driven by EV, wind energy and defence demand.
Impact on production readiness depends on continued Pilot Plant performance. Recoveries above Pre-Feasibility Study estimates, alongside completed tenement consolidation, give Meteoric a stronger technical foundation heading into construction.
