Cash balance increased to AUD 780 million following the debt repayments. Total liquidity reached approximately AUD 1.3 billion, including the undrawn revolving credit facility.

No debt repayments are due until the financial year 2029, following the accelerated repayment schedule. The AUD 525 million revolving credit facility extends until 2028.

Evolution Mining Operations Portfolio

Evolution Mining operates six mines across three jurisdictions, supporting production diversity. The portfolio comprises five wholly-owned operations and an 80% interest in Northparkes.

Cowal in New South Wales contributed the largest share of cash flow during the September quarter. Ernest Henry in Queensland delivered a significant operating mine cash flow of AUD 135 million.

Mungari in Western Australia achieved a record operating mine cash flow of AUD 123 million. Red Lake in Ontario, Canada, generated a record net mine cash flow of AUD 39 million.

Northparkes in New South Wales delivered record results with AUD 99 million operating mine cash flow. Mt Rawdon in Queensland continues processing low-grade stockpiles through the financial year 2026.

Evolution Mining shares traded at AUD 12.615 as of the recent market close. The stock recorded a 52-week range between AUD 4.610 and AUD 12.810 per share.
